


Careers at Rutland House Community Trust are as follows:
Director of Operations
To manage and develop the work of the Trust and the services it provides.
Care Manager
To provide for all the needs of the service user promoting independence, dignity and self determination in line with the policies of the trust.
Senior Admin Officer
To provide a Personnel/Human Resources service to staff working for RHCT and provide Admin Support to the Director of Operations and the Care Managers.
Admin Officer
To provide administrative support to the Trustees and in particular the Treasurer in maintaining the Trusts financial records.
Training Officer
To co-ordinate training and personal development for staff and manage the LDQ and NVQ programme for RHCT.
Senior Care Officer
To ensure a high quality of care for individual clients, offer support to the Managers and other Care Officers.
Care Officers
The promotion and maintenance of a high standard of care for adults with Learning Disabilities. To ensure the emotional, physical and social well being of clients taking into account the personal rights of each client.
Care Officer (Waking Nights)
As above but with the special responsibility for the security of our residential service overnight and liaison with the on-call Senior to take immediate/appropriate action where necessary during the night.
Housekeeper
To ensure high standards of homeliness and cleanliness are maintained at our residential service and the food provided is balanced and nutritious and of high quality.
Horticulture Work Team Leader
To support Adults with Learning Disabilities in carrying out Horticulture tasks in the day.
Handyman
To keep the home and gardens of our residential service and its satellite residencies secure, safe and in good repair.
