Q. What careers do you offer?
A. Casual Care Officer, Permanent Care Officer, Housekeeper, Handyman.
We also have a Director of Operations, Registered Care Managers, Admin Officers and a Training Officer.

Q. What training do you offer?
A. Moving and Handling.
Medication Administration.
Basic Food Hygiene.
First Aid.
Autism.
Epilepsy.
This list is not exhaustive.  We currently provide a wide variety of courses and we are trying new ones all the time.

Q. Do you offer NVQ’s?
A. Yes, we have a very successful NVQ programme incorporating Levels 2 – 4 in: Health and Social Care, Management, Housekeeping and Administration.  We also provide our staff with LDQ’s (Learning Disability Qualification) which can help towards achieving an NVQ.

Q. Do you have in-house Assessors?
A. Yes, we have highly competent in-house assessors and encourage our staff to also take up the A1 Award themselves.

Q. Do you have suitable premises for carrying out training?
A. Yes, we have our own Resource Centre at Willowbrook, which we use for training which can also be hired by outside training providers and have various resources available to use for training.

Q. Do you provide any of the training yourselves?
A. Yes, we have trained staff to deliver Moving and Handling, Safe Handling of Medication, An Introduction to Learning Disabilities and Safeguarding Adults.

Q. Do you offer training to outside organisations aswell as your own staff?
A. Yes, we do offer places on our training courses to outside organisations.
