



Rutland House Community Trust runs a 24 hrs a day supported living scheme for adults with learning disabilities. The scheme has a maximum capacity for five service users.
We offer help and support for people with learning disabilities by:
Offering assessments.
Coordinating care.
Working with legislation and guidance for safeguarding vulnerable adults.
Promoting equality, diversity, choice and independence.
Providing a trained and experienced staff team.
We provide each service user with:
Individual programmes of development.

Support with housing needs and issues.
Support to access education.
Support to access employment opportunities.
Support to maintain family links.
Support to reach identified goals.
